Payment

Payment can be made by money transfer and by visa or mastercard. The amount is withdrawn from your card when the product is shipped. 


Shipping

The product is shipped by Postnord every day. Orders made before 3 PM usually arrives the next day. 

 

We only ship to Denmark to the nearest postal delivery service or you can choose to have it delivered to a work address - choose alternative delivery address at checkout.

Cancellation

You have as a consumer 14 days of cancellation, when you purchase from us.
 
The time limit of the cancellation expires 14 days after the day you receive your order, or receive your last order in a deal about multiple orders purchased simultaneously being shipped individually.

Concerning a regular delivery of goods over a certain amount of time, the cancellation time limit expires 14 days after the day you receive your first order.

You have to notice us before 14 days have passed, if you wish to cancel your purchase. The message should be sent to the following email: info@ztrengz.com. In your message, you need to clarify clearly that you wish to use your right to cancellation.
                                                                                                                        
You can not cancel your order by simply not picking up your package without simultaneously clarifying us about it



Returning your order

You have to send back your order to us without further delay, no later than 14 days after you have messaged us about your wish to cancel your purchase.

Returning your package is at your own expense. You are responsible for the package from the moment of the delivery. The packaging has to be unopened and delivered in the same state as the original packing.

Missing original packaging can lead to a decrease in value, so to make sure that you are able to get all your money refunded, it is recommended that the package is returned in the original packaging.


Orders excluded from the right to cancellation

The following types of goods are excluded from the right to cancelation:
 

Sealed packages which, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.

 


The condition of the goods in case of return shipment

You are only held responsible for eventual decrease in the value of the goods, caused by other handling than what is necessary for defining the type and properties of the goods and the way it works. You can, in other words, observe and handle the goods the same way that you would if in a physical store, but you can not put it into actual use. 
 

If the products have been tested beyond what has been descriped above, we consider it used, which means that you can only get a small part or none at all of your purchase amount refunded, depending on the commercial value of the product.


Purchase refund

If you regret your purchase, you will get your paid amount refunded. In the case of a decrease in value, which you are responsible for, this will be withdrawn from the amount.

 
If you use your right to cancellation, we will refund all payments made by you, including delivery costs (except extra costs caused by your own choise of another mode of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer) without further delay, and under any circumstances not more than 14 days from the date, we have received the message about yout decision to regret your buy. We make a refund with the same type of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you have specifically requested otherwise. 
 

We can withold the refund until we have received the return shipment, unless you until then have presented us with documentation to having returned it. 

 

PLEASE NOTE: We have to inform that all products contain personal care, food stuff, dietary supplements, and vitamins and that the product has a value decrease of 100 % in case you open the packaging - and you will therefore in this case get a refund of 0 DKK in case you return a product that has been opened.

The Danish Sale of Goods Act, covering manufacturing and material defects discovered in its normal use can apply on purchace of goods.
 
When you shop with us as a consumer you have 24 months of warranty. That means you can either have the product repaired, switched, get a money money refund or a discount depending on the specific situation. It is a demand that the warranty is justified, and that he lack has not emerged as a result of incorrect use of the product or otherwise damaging behavior. 

 
You have to warrant within "fair time" from your discovery of the lack of the product. If you warrant within two month after the discovery of the lack, the warrant will always be timely.
 
If the warrant is justified, we will refund your (fair) shipping costs. The product must always be returned in sound packaging, and remember to get a recepit for the delivery, so that we can repay your shipping costs.

Privacy Policy

In order to make a deal with us, we'll need the following information:

Name, address, phone number and e-mail address
 

We will be making the registration of your personal information with the purpose to be able to deliver the goods to you. The personal information will be registered with Ztrengz Aps and will be kept for five years after which the information will be deleted. 
 
The person in control of the data of Ztrengz Aps is Alexander Krewald. Your information will not be shared or sold to a third party.
 
When you are registered with Ztrengz Aps, you will always be able to make a dispute against the registration. You also have the right to insight about what information is registered about you. These rights are according to the danish law of Privacy Act. Any inquiries in regards to this is to be emailed to: info@ztrengz.com

 

Appeal

If you wish to complain about your purchase, you must contact our MCC via email info@ztrengz.com. If we don't succeed in finding a proper solution, you can file a complaint to Konkurrence- og Forbrugerstyrelsens Center for Klageløsning, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, via www.forbrug.dk. You can also use the online complaint portal of the EU-commission, if you are a consumer who lives outside Denmark. You will find the complaint portal HERE
